The boys were in good form. They were very playful w the audience and the crowd was way into it. Despite the heat, played a lot of encores, ending w Prison Bound and Ring Of Fire. One lucky fan managed to make it on stage for a good 10 seconds before security took him out. They played a lot early punk stuff; also some notewrothy versions of Sick Boys and Bad Luck; only Reach For The Sky and Nickles and Dimes from the latest album. Highlight was a nice version of Ball and Chain, more like Mikes solo country version. Played one new song, which I think will be the single off the new tbd album, called I’m Still Alive. I thought it was a really good song, rocked and fit in with the rest of the set. I think this is the break in the new drummer tour before the new album hits. Btw I thought the new drummer was really good. Got my ticks for November at the House of Blues too.
